Before setting up your page here, consider your:
NOTE: The tote is the only approved premium for Giving Day 2024, exclusive to donors who make a gift of $75 or more. For tax and legal reasons, you cannot offer any other premiums / gifts to incentivize donors.
Who should make a DonorDrive page?
Any area on campus with an associated designation or fund can make a DonorDrive page!
Most RSO's will fundraise through their area's discretionary fund.
Fundraising Goal
A personal/team decision – there are no requirements or thresholds. These goals can be adjusted after your page is created.
Fund
What fund will you be fundraising for? All donations to your page will go toward this fund. When you register there will be a drop-down option to pick your fund.
Don’t know what fund to choose or what the exact name is? Please visit wmualumni.org/give – under ‘Locate your funds’ on the right side, select the ‘Search all available funds’ tab, type in key words into the search bar, and hit enter. A new window will pop up with all potential fund names. Questions about your fund, or adding your fund to DonorDrive? Email jill.prior@wmich.edu
Profile Picture
Must be in one of the following formats: .jpg, .gif, or .png. The maximum file size must be below 10 MB.
Banner
A background picture for your fundraising page. Your file must be in one of the following formats: .jpg, .gif, or .png. The maximum file size must be below 10 MB. The recommended size of the banner is 1440 pixels wide by 300 pixels tall.
Custom Content
There will be default language already set up that you are welcome to customize. Should you choose to change the default language, be sure to include the specific fund you are asking people to make gifts to. It is encouraged to share impactful stories, examples, and quotes of how these gifts can make a difference instead of leaving the default language.
