By encouraging other Broncos to sign up to fundraise on behalf of a University fund, we can extend our reach and create the momentum we need for a successful day. Peer outreach is a crucial and powerful component of giving day, and anyone can do it
But how?
Our peer-to-peer fundraising tool is an easy and secure way to raise funds for WMU. With a personalized fundraising page, you can let your Bronco network know what you’re supporting on giving day, and ask them to give as well.

How do I choose a fund?
With thousands of funds and areas of the University to support, the possibilities are endless. You can fundraise for the college or program where you received your degree, the sports team that you love most, or a number of other initiatives across the University. The arts, scholarships, funds that provide resources to students in need…the choice is yours.

You know your network of Bronco friends and family better than anyone else. Whether you email, call, text, or reach out on social media, now is the time to let them know you’re fundraising for WMU on giving day, and they can do it too! Encourage them to get involved. Don’t know what to say? Stay positive and let them know you’re excited to be a part of WMU Giving Day.
On WMU Giving Day, the more Broncos who come together to support WMU, the bigger impact we can make. It’s not just about supporting students, it’s about making our University stronger now and for generations to come.

On Wednesday, April 17, make your gift through your fundraising page or at WMUalumni.org/givingday. Be sure to let your friends and family know that you’ve made a gift, and share your fundraising page so they can give, too!
