That haircut? Cargo shorts? They *totally* looked good at the time. It’s the memories that matter, right? Post your best throwback photos and show us that pre-glow-up style.

Participate on Twitter and Instagram using #WMUGivingDay and mention the college, program or fund of your choice. You can also participate on Instagram Stories by tagging @wmu.alumni and using the hashtag #WMUGivingDay along with mentioning the college, program or fund of your choice.

Ten winners will earn an extra $100 for their favorite college/unit.

The Alumni Couples Challenge

Alumni Couples Challenge

Whether you met your honey on campus or connected later in life, this challenge is designed just for you (two)! When one of you makes a gift on April 13 between 7 and 8 p.m. EDT, it can mean big things for the Staufer Emergency Fund, which assists certain students who need medical care from Sindecuse Health Center. If 25 couples give during this time period, we’ll unlock $3,000 for the fund.

We’re challenging Graduates Of the Last Decade to make a gift to any area of campus! Here’s the bonus, if 50 grads make a gift between 8-9 p.m. EDT on Giving Day, an additional $5,000 will be awarded to the Invisible Need Project.

The night is still young! In these final two hours of WMU Giving Day, there’s $5,000 up for grabs for the top five designations with the most unique donors between 10 p.m. and Midnight. Support your favorite fund for a chance to win additional matching dollars! 1st place: $2,000 | 2nd: $1,500 | 3rd: $750. | 4th: $500. | 5th: $250. Winners will be announced the day after Giving Day.

The top three areas who have the largest percentage increase of unique donors from last year will receive bonus money! 

The academic school, college, department or program with the largest improvement will receive $3,000. The area with the second largest improvement will receive $2,000 and the third largest improvement will receive $1,000.
